1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 501 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 501 platform. Continued use after any updates to the terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
501 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users under this age are strictly prohibited from registering or using any of the services offered.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold one account only on 501 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same person are prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all related accounts.
During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information including an active Malaysian phone number and valid identification details. 501 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity under your account is your responsibility unless you immediately report unauthorized access to our support team.
501 uses SSL encryption to secure all communication between your device and our servers. However, you are also responsible for ensuring your device is free from malware.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a 501 platform user, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activities illegal under Malaysian law.
- Using bots, third-party software, or other methods to exploit the system or gain unfair advantage.
- Registering with false information or using another person's identity without permission.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or impair the platform’s systems, servers, or networks.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses contrary to their specific terms.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and legal action if necessary. 501 reserves the right to withhold funds in accounts suspected of fraud while investigations are ongoing.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on 501 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process payments directly in foreign currencies. Any currency conversions required are the user’s responsibility and may incur additional fees charged by banks.
Supported deposit methods include FPX (Malaysian internet banking) and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Deposited funds are usually credited within minutes depending on your payment method and the processing times of the respective financial institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks. 501 may require additional verification before processing withdrawals to ensure account security. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on your VIP status and chosen method.
The 501 platform is not liable for any delays or losses caused by third-party systems like banks, payment processors, or network disruptions beyond our control. If you experience any transaction issues, please contact our support team with the relevant transaction details.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

501 platform is provided "as is". We make no express or implied warranties regarding continuity, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 501’s total liability to any user will not exceed the amount deposited by that user within the thirty (30) days preceding any claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on 501’s platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software, is exclusively owned by 501 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
501 platform may include links or integrations to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of these third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Laws
Account Suspension & Closure
501 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for reasons including but not limited to violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, user requests, or legal compliance. Users requesting closure may submit an application to our support team. Eligible account balances in properly closed accounts will be processed for withdrawal after all verifications are complete.
Changes to These Terms
501 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email with reasonable notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where this platform operates.
